Send an email to the shop at InkedAnatomy.Scheduling@Gmail.com including the following information.

• Reference images
• Images of current tattoo (if looking for a coverup / retouch) 
• First name, last name, email and phone number to contact you at 
• Size and placement of tattoo 

No charge consultation.

Meet with an artist to discuss your tattoo.

Must pay deposit to secure your appointment time and date. 

• $60 , $100 , and $200 deposit  
• Deposits go towards the final price of your tattoo.

Make sure to drink water and eat at least 4 hours prior to your appointment.

If you are under 18 (17+ only), please make sure to bring

• Birth Certificate
• School ID, or any form of Photo ID (permit, drivers license) 
• Parent ID with matching last name
• PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN CONSENT ONLY. No Aunt/Uncle, Cousin, or Siblings.
