APPTS WEEKDAYS • WALK-INS DAILY
Our $25 service fee is charged per person — not per piercing.
That means if one person gets multiple piercings during the same visit, they only pay ONE $25 service fee.
Example:
1 person + 1 piercing = $25 service fee
1 person + 3 piercings = $25 service fee
2 people getting pierced = $50 total in service fees
Jewelry is priced separately and is additional to the service fee.

Jordan has been piercing for 20+ years, so naturally we rewarded all that experience by surrounding him with absolute nonsense.
He’s the person the other piercers grab when they want a second opinion, the person Lauren volunteers for things before asking him, and the person who somehow remains completely calm while everyone else is doing… whatever it is we’re doing.
Put him in front of a complicated piercing? Fine. Nervous client? Fine. Tiny human getting their first lobes? Weirdly incredible at it.
Owning a studio with Lauren and managing this crew?
That may ultimately be what takes him out.

Malcolm will happily pierce your lobes—but you want to see him REALLY interested? Walk in and say, “Okay, so I have an idea…”
High nostrils, unusual placements, interesting projects, and anything that gives him an excuse to get creative is where Malcolm thrives.
He loves the technical side of piercing just as much as the finished result and is always down to talk through an idea and figure out what works with your anatomy.
Basically, bring him your weird stuff.
Please. He needs enrichment.

Every studio apparently needs a Spider-Man, and ours has needles.
Dak is our friendly neighborhood piercer and the proud—or unwilling, we don't remember—owner of the nickname Twinkle Fingers.
He’s great with kids, nervous clients, first piercings, and anyone who needs someone to distract them from the fact that a needle is about to be involved.
Come in scared. Leave pierced. Ask about Twinkle Fingers at your own risk.

Ren likes pretty things, and unfortunately for your bank account, she’s very good at finding them.
Piercing is only half the fun—give her an ear, a jewelry case, and permission to start planning, and suddenly the “one little piercing” you came in for has become a whole situation.
She loves helping clients find jewelry, build setups, and turn a vague “I just want something cute” into something that actually feels like you.
Will she stop you from getting another piercing?
Absolutely not. Wrong employee.

Let’s get this out of the way: Lauren does not pierce. Please do not hand her a needle.
She does, however, co-own the studio—despite occasionally being referred to as “just the wife,” which will never stop being funny.
Lauren handles the business, social media, events, customers, staff, rules, and approximately 700 other things happening behind the scenes. If there’s a problem, she’ll probably fix it. If there’s a new policy, someone probably made her create it. And if she suddenly appears with a brand-new idea nobody was prepared for… congratulations, it’s everyone’s problem now.
Just the wife, though. 💅

Every chaotic little family needs someone holding it together, and somehow we convinced Marley to do it.
She’s the face waiting for you at the counter, the keeper of the sign-in, the finder of jewelry, the answerer of approximately 47 questions at once, and the person making sure you actually end up with the correct piercer instead of wandering around the studio like a lost Sim.
She keeps the clients moving, the piercers in line, and the rest of us functioning—and does it while somehow still being nice to everybody.
Respect your counter girl. She knows more than you think. 👑
